All jewellery pieces are handcrafted and made from 92.5% sterling silver.

Minor variations may occur in size, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature of products.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders & Payments
Orders will be processed once full payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer pan-India delivery through trusted logistics partners.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch.

Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery, only for defective or wrong items.

The product must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Shipping charges for return/exchange are to be borne by the customer unless the error is on our side.

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

Our return policy

We follow a strict return policy .To return the product  the enquiry should be made within 15 days ,the product should not be damage and should be intact with the tag . If  the tag or the product were to damage the product will not be returned . One have to post the photo of the product during the return process than it will be verified by our team, than if it will be accepted to process it may take 2-3 working days to process the payments .
